Can your students change the world? Of course! Young people can do incredible things! You see it every day in the classroom. We see it again and again at Heifer International as inspired students act to improve the lives of individuals and families around the world. We encourage you and your students to join these efforts and offer these ideas for all grade levels to get you started. Some of the suggested activities are quick and easy, while others require greater amounts of time and commitment. Some teach about hunger and poverty; others encourage students to interact with their environments and their communities, as well as those less fortunate than themselves. Suggested fundraising projects offer students the chance to help organizations that work to end world hunger and poverty. Have fun getting your students involved in their communities and making a difference in the lives of others!
